Hello! My name is Jason. I just joined today here at the board. I am someone who watched the show since it first aired. I mainly got into the show because it was like seeing a reflection of myself(only I'm not blonde) watching Dawson on the show. I want to go into film(only as an actor) myself. I am a Theatre Major in college now actually. The college years of Dawson's Creek I see in re-runs and they now click with me even more. But yeah, I know the show is over so I guess I am a bit late finding a board like this, but I look forward to being on here.

hey JasonRO2, Welcome to the site. btw-it is never too late to talk about DC.  I would have loved to study film, but I would have only been interested in writing, and not acting. Did you ever think of writing anything? Have fun, please post a lot. |

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, I do write some. I've written one full screen play and have been working on a few others. I hate to be that sterotypical actor who wants to do it all, but I kinda am. Acting is my first love/passion, but I have gotten into writing and I am going to be trying my hand at directing next semester actually. I guess you see one of the main reasons Dawson's Creek clicked with me. Also, I hate to advertise for something when just joining, but well, I am pretty sure most people here are music people. I mean, the music was one of the best parts of Dawson's Creek. Well, there is a band that hasn't hit it big yet, but they just put a new album out today. They are called Jump. There music, especially on this album, would have worked well for a lot of Dawson's Creek. Anyway, the album is called Between the Dim and the Dark. You should be able to find it in most stores, even Best Buy. If not, you can get it on iTunes. Heck, I've got a free song from Pepsi cap. I'll give you the code and you can get a song off of it for free to see if this is a band you'd be interested in.
